Cancellation & Returns

• Order Cancellation
  Orders accepted by the Seller may not be cancelled or suspended without the Seller’s prior written consent. Any cancellation will only be permitted under terms that fully indemnify the Seller against all resulting loss or expense.
• Returns
  The Seller reserves the right to refuse the return of correctly supplied goods. Where returns are accepted, a handling charge of 20% or more will apply.
• Credit Eligibility
  Goods will only be accepted for credit if:
  • Returned within seven (7) days of issue
  • In the same condition as supplied
  • Accompanied by the relevant advice note or invoice number
• Core Returns
  Old cores must be returned within one (1) month, in their original packaging, identical to the original item, and suitable for re-manufacture. Failure to meet these conditions will result in no credit being issued.
• Warranty Claims
  All claims or returns under the Warranty system must be accompanied by a completed Warranty Claim Form.
• Refunds
  Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. In most cases, this will be PayPal.
