We offer a variety of delivery services, using a variety of couriers to ensure the best service & rates for you. Please see below for full information regarding deliveries.


To ensure your order is processed quickly, we do ask for customers to leave their vehicle registration number (UK number plate). For vehicles not registered in the UK, please provide as much information about your car as possible, and any information relevant to the item. This information may include chassis number and engine code.


The minimum we would need is make, model, and year of registration and engine size. Depending on the item you are purchasing, information such as engine code, brake disc size, abs, etc. will also be helpful. If no information is supplied, we will send the item you have purchased. As there may be more than one option available for the part you require, we cannot be responsible for any fitment issues that may arise as we couldn’t have checked suitability.


If you have supplied your vehicle details, and there is more than one option available, we will make every effort to contact you via phone call, email and Whatsapp. If we are unable to get in touch, or the information requested isn’t supplied, we shall hold the item. After 24 hours, we will dispatch the item that you have ordered.


We also request that a contact number is left when placing your order. This is so we can contact you if there are any issues and also for our courier.


Failure to provide a contact telephone number and vehicle registration may delay your order delivery date.


We have a network of branches across the midlands, so if we do not have the item in stock at our online warehouse, we can quickly get it from another warehouse local to us. We aim for same day dispatch on all items ordered before 2pm, provided that the item is available at our online warehouse. Any items ordered after 2pm will be dispatched on the next working day.


All uk mainland (UK Zone A) deliveries are dispatched on a standard 48 hour courier service at £5.99. We also offer a 24 hour delivery upgrade for just £10.00.


Orders over 20kg may be subject to an additional carriage charge.


*please note, 24 hour delivery doesn’t guarantee next day, it simply means when the item is ready for dispatch, it will be sent on a 24 hour service – we do of course aim to have it with you as quickly as possible. 24 Hour delivery is only available for UK zone a customers. We cannot be held responsible for any delays when the parcel has left our branch, for example and issues with royal mail or indeed any other courier

Please allow 1-2 extra days for dispatch if you place on order on a non-working day (Saturday, Sunday or bank holiday).


You will be given the choice to upgrade to a 24 hour courier service upon checkout. Please bear in mind that this does not mean you will receive the item the next day. This simply means we will place the item on a 24 hour courier once ready for dispatch.


Our 24 hour courier service is not available for UK Zone B orders.


Please note, a surcharge may be applied for any items that are overweight (20kgs) or bulky. We will contact you prior to dispatching your order, and to confirm any charges.
