We work with a range of couriers to provide the best service and competitive rates
- Vehicle Information Required
To ensure quick and accurate processing:- UK customers should provide their vehicle registration number.
- Non-UK customers should supply as much detail as possible, including make, model, year, engine size, chassis number, and engine code.
- Additional details such as brake disc size, ABS, or engine code may be required depending on the item.
- If no information is provided, we will dispatch the item as ordered. Please note: if multiple options exist for your part, we cannot be held responsible for fitment issues.
- Verification & Contact
- A contact telephone number must be provided with your order to avoid delays and to assist couriers.
- If we cannot reach you within 24 hours, the item will be dispatched as ordered.
- If multiple options exist, we will attempt to contact you via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
- Dispatch Times
- Orders placed before 2:00 pm (with stock available in our online warehouse) are dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 pm are dispatched the next working day.
- If stock is unavailable at our online warehouse, we can source items quickly from our Midlands branch network.
- Orders placed on non-working days (Saturday, Sunday, or Bank Holidays) may take an additional 1–2 days to dispatch.
- Delivery Options & Charges
- 24-hour delivery is only available for UK Zone A customers.
- Please note: 24-hour delivery does not guarantee next-day arrival. It means the item will be shipped on a 24-hour service once ready for dispatch.
- Orders over 20kg or bulky items may incur additional carriage charges. We will contact you before dispatch to confirm any surcharges.
- UK Mainland (Zone A):
- Standard 48-hour courier service: £5.99
- 24-hour courier upgrade: £10.00
Delivery Zones
- Zone A: England, Wales, and parts of Scotland
- Other Areas: Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland (delivery times may vary)
- Zone B: 24-hour courier service is not available.
